5. Prize Description and Value

  • Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Jega.Digital "Paid with Crypto" Hooded Sweatshirt.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40.00 USD (The retail price listed on Jega.Digital).
  • Prize Details: The winner will be permitted to choose one (1) color and one (1) size, subject to availability. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection and Verification

  • Selection: The potential winner will be selected at random from the total pool of eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends. The drawing will take place during the Jega.Digital Live Stream on Saturday October 11th 8pm CDT.
  • Verification: The potential winner's eligibility and compliance with all rules must be confirmed by the Sponsor. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize.
  • Prize Fulfillment: Upon verification, the winner must provide their shipping address, and the prize will be fulfilled by Jega.Digital's Print-on-Demand partner.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations (The POD and Liability Clause)

  • Fulfillment: As a Print-on-Demand store, Jega.Digital is not responsible for errors in size or color once the winner's preference is confirmed. The winner is responsible for providing accurate sizing information.
  • Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
  • Released Parties: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Jega.Digital, Shopify, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability, injuries, losses, and damages arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes.
  • Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Jega.Digital the right to use their name, social media handle, and likeness for advertising and marketing purposes without further compensation.
  • Void Where Prohibited: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
